Get Started (It’s Easier than Ever!)

Placing the customer first, asking right questions, and understanding business priorities is crucial to each engagement. Office 365 can be a puzzle, but a focused approach can ensure your organizations gets the right pieces in place early – ensuring your success.

Empathy – That’s the key to our success. We’ve worked through hundreds of consulting engagements over the years – dealing with internal collaboration, communication, and governance, and change management. We understand the challenges to our clients and are able to offer fast and practical solutions. Only a few years ago organizations needed to hire or staff multiple roles including:

  • Solution Architects
  • System Administrators
  • Graphic and UX Designers
  • Web Developers
  • Project Managers

These engagements worked great for the consulting firms who were able to provide costly external teams and leave their clients paying for ongoing development and support for years. Our model differs – as we work within what’s included in the Office 365 platform – and promote project based -delivery and optional outsourced support. In other words, we don’t create complex and hard to maintain custom code. Instead, we focus on configuring solutions that somebody in your organization can support. We focus on solutions that run on the O365 Power Platform – forms, workflows, reports.

Here’s a few recent examples we’ve implemented:

  • Replaced intensive and chaotic email request process with a SharePoint request and tracking list, approval notification. Process eliminated email attachments, eliminated email for hundreds of separate requests, and provided a dashboard for active and completed tasks.
  • COVID19 ended the existing physical signature approval process for a product and brand management organization. We implemented virtual signatures via Power Automate – and developed a “back office” list repository to ensure compliance tracking.
  • SharePoint’s current calendar has some limitations – especially with respect to filtering. Currently the new Tiles view includes only one filter. To provide more filterable options, we created a Power BI “calendar” dashboard to provide greater visibility and filtering capabilities.
